Bengal tigers are a well known species. They are classified as endangered, and live in India, Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh.  They look like stereotypical tigers, orange body, black stripes along the back, white tufts around the ears and powerful jaws and legs, with paws that can kill prey in a swipe.
