SOUTH CHINA TIGERS

The South China tiger is critically endangered, and is functionally extinct. There are only about 40 left in the world, all in captivity, and zoos across the globe are trying desperately to bring them back. Other names for the South China tigers are the Amoy tiger, Xiamen tiger or Chinese tiger.
